Using XL file which contains SMTP address need to export their "Send As" permission in XL or CSV format using VBScript

I got the list of SMTP address using which i need to see who has got "Send As" Permission.I want a VB Script which will use my XL or CSV which contains SMTP address and export the details whether they got "Send As" permission or not.I want to exclude Self account from the list and also don't want to run the script on entire organization level. I got 100,000 users.Please if anyone can help with the script. I don't know scripting at all.
